When do you ship my order?

Most of our printed products are produced once we've received your order and payment confirmation. Production of the products takes about 5 - 7 business days. Once the print passes our quality check it will be shipped immediately.

Most of our Wall Calendars and XL Greeting Cards are in stock and will ship within 24 hours.

Do you offer Express Delivery?

Yes. If you click "Shopping Cart" at the top right of your screen you can estimate standard or express shipping.

Can I pick up my order at the STORE?

If you live in the Netherlands, we offer you the possibility to pick up your order from our studio. We'll send you an email message once your order is ready.

How do I uncurl and flatten my delivered print?

Carefully take out your print and roll it out on a clean flat table and place a clean heavy flat item like a book on either end of the poster. Leave like this for 12 - 24 hours.

I would like to order a print product of a photograph by MalePhotographyEurope but I can't find it in the S|T|O|R|E.  Can I order it anyway?

Probably yes. Just contact us through the contact page or send us a message at store@salvadorpozo.com mentioning the print product you wish to order and the photograph you have in mind. Many photographs can be found on the MalePhotographyEurope Website and the MalePhotographyEurope Facebook Page.

After adding products to my shopping cart and trying to order, my shopping cart shows no products. How do I resolve this?

This sometimes happens when you try to order through certain mobile devices. We advise you to order from a desktop computer or send us an email with your name, address and the product(s) you'll like to order. We will prepare your order and send you a Paypal payment invitation. You can send your email message to info@malephotography.store.

Can you tell me how long it will take for my order to arrive?

The DHL tracking status of my order says "The instruction data for this shipment have been provided by the sender to DHL electronically" but my order was shipped days ago. Is there a problem with my order?

Don't worry! It is a bug in the DHL Tracking service; When you receive our message that your order is ready to leave our STORE, it will be handed over to DHL on the same day. Your order will be transported to DHL International Distribution Center in Germany and from there send to the country of destination. Once arrived the tracking status will change and become actual. And believe us, this might take several days, depending on your location.
